This prototype sets no cookies and runs no analytics, ads or third-party scripts.
What the server logs
One line per request: time, method, path, listing-filter and quote parameters from the query string (GET only; free text such as questions typed into the search box, names, contact details and income are never kept, and nothing is kept from a rejected request), status, a user-agent class, referring host, utm_source, whether Markdown was requested, and response size. No IP addresses and no request bodies.
Tour requests, questions and applications
When you create a request we store it with your contact details so a person can confirm it. Contact data lives only in the action log and outbox on the server. Requests expire after 30 minutes if not confirmed. In this prototype nothing is sent to leasing.
Eligibility pre-check
Income and voucher answers are never logged or stored. With JavaScript on, the check runs in your browser and nothing is sent; without it, the page computes the answer and discards your input.
