How this site follows fair housing rules

Search and filters use listing facts only: bedrooms, cost, pets, vouchers and measured travel time. Requests to filter on anything about a person are refused.
Descriptions are neutral. We describe homes and measured facts, not the people a home might suit.
Everyone sees the same records, prices and specials.
Housing Choice Voucher policy is stated where the operator has published it, and never shown as "no vouchers".

Assistance animals

Assistance animals (service and support animals for people with disabilities) are not pets. Pet fees, pet rent, deposits and breed or weight limits do not apply. Ask leasing to request a reasonable accommodation.
